The reason that we tend to release the CTP builds only for download is that by the time a disc got through production processes it would already be obsoleted by a newer Vista CTP. By downloading, you can get the February CTP, for instance, in February and not in the mail in April. I'll leave the issue of the MSDN

No, the Feb CTP was not complete. Any breaking change after Beta 2 requires approval, but they have already happened (and beta 2 isn't even out yet!). .... I am sure there are parts of the API that work better than others on Vista,that is to be expected. I dont think that semantic support of SRGSgrammar tags on XP
