It will not be released on MSDN Subscriber Downloads until Thursday, Febuary 23rd, 2006 (Redmond Time).
P.S. Take a close look at the Microsoft File Transfer Manager 5.0 Announcement on the MSDN Subscriber Downloads Home Page and you'll see what I mean.
P.P.S. We (MSDN Subscriber's) had to wait an extra day to get our hands on the December CTP, so we (MSDN Subscriber's) will most likely have to wait until Tomorrow, to get access to the Febuary CTP, as well.
